Mor Kozhambu is a spicy yogurt gravy made in South Indian / Tamil homes; it is similar to Kadi of North India. It is also known as Majjiga Pulusu / Kadi Mix / Buttermilk liquid curry. This mix is made with various spices and lentils such as coriander seeds, channa dal, toor dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, red chillies, fenugreek, turmeric, asafoetida, Ginger, Coconut, Salt, Curry leaves and Mustard seeds. 

Mor Kozhambu Mix of Swamy Foods is a unique innovative product, ready-made with all the main ingredients of Mor Kuzhambu which makes the preparation of this delicious, gravy extremely easy. 

​Recipe for Mor Kozhambu using SF Instant Mor Kozhambu mix:

Add 150 ml water to 3 tbsp of SF Mor Kozhambu mix powder and mix well. 

Cook the mixture for 5 minuts on low flame by stirring often.

Add beaten or whisked yogurt (semi solid consistency) to the mixture and simmer for 5 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves. 

You can also add some vegetables of your choice.  

Tasty Mor Kozhambu made with SF Mor Kozhambu mix can be had as a gravy dish along with rice, adai, idli, dosa, uttappam, upma etc.
