1. Which locations do you deliver to?

     

We currently deliver to all states / postcodes in Australia.

2. Do you take custom orders?

Yes. Please contact us on enquiry@swamyfoods.com.au or 0493 129 799 with any special requirements that you have and we will be happy to serve you.

3. How are your delivery / shipping charges calculated?

​

We are located in Cranbourne North, VIC 3977. We've classified Metropolitan Melbourne postcodes into three “zones” based on proximity from our location; delivery addresses closest to our location are “zone A” followed by “zone B” and “zone C”.  These are followed by Rest of Victoria (except metro Melbourne) and other states.

 

Delivery to “zone A” and "zone B" is free for all orders. For all other locations we have set standard shipping charges, however we offer FREE shipping subject to minimum order value.

4. What are the delivery timeframes?

​

Delivery timeframes will depend on the delivery address / location. We use either personal courier or Australia Post depending on the location. Indicative delivery timeframes are provided at the time of checkout. We will strive to ensure that your order reaches you within the indicative timeframes, however it may be subject to Australia Post delays.

5. What happens after I place my order?

​

You will receive an email from us immediately after you complete your order, with the invoice and order details. We will send you an email  and/or call/message on your mobile to confirm your desired payment method (bank transfer or cash on delivery) and confirm dispatch.

6. What modes of payment do you accept?

​

We currently accept bank transfer or cash on delivery for payment. Our account details are provided at checkout as well as in our invoice.
